Cricket World Cup - Pakistan & India fans GONE CRAZY!

Just the luck of the Irish, on St.Patrick's day ... the Irish beat Pakistan's cricket team! Then if that was not shock enough, the Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer passed away in hospital on Sunday, after being found unconscious in his hotel room. Woolmer, 58, had seen his team crash out of the World Cup on Saturday after a shock defeat by Ireland at Sabina Park, Jamaica. Click to

My thoughts, "Did he try to kill himself?"

The reactions to Pakistan's shock first-round elimination from the World Cup has, understandably, enraged passionate fans back home and drawn plenty of criticism. In a nation stunned by Pakistan's three-wicket defeat to Ireland, there have been angry protests, calls for arrest and even Nasim Ashraf, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief, hasn't been spared.

Then, furious Indian cricket fans stormed the home of national wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni to protest a five-wicket rout by Bangladesh in their opening World Cup match, police said.

Some 200 fans Sunday brought down walls and pillars of Dhoni's house, which is under construction, in the eastern city of Ranchi to protest the 26-year-old player's performance in India's shocking defeat in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
