The Master Cleanse or The Lemonade Diet

This is a ten-day fast (with a 3-4 day plan for gradually getting back onto solid foods) wherein one consumes nothing but a spicy lemonade concoction comprising distilled water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

This cleanse helps.
-Dissolve and eliminates toxins and congestion that have formed in any part of the body
-Cleanses the kidneys and the digestive system
-Purifies the glands and cells
-Eliminates all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles
-Builds a healthy blood stream
-Helps eliminate excess body weight

Fasting for 1-2 days a month on this drink can be very cleansing and rejuvenating.

Combine all the ingredients, shake & drink!
2 tbsp of fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tbsp of genuine maple syrup
1/10 tsp of cayenne paper (or to taste)
8 ozs of water (room temperature)

*FYI: Cayenne Pepper has been known to stop heart attacks within 30 seconds. If a heart attack should occur, it is suggested that a teaspoon of extract be given every 15 minutes or a teaspoon of Cayenne in a glass of hot water should be taken until the crisis has passed.
