Michelle Obama wore an emerald green Cushnie et Ochs dress to the taping of Christmas in Washington, which airs Friday night on TNT. The dress designers are Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs. 

Carly Cushnie (seen left) is British, born to Jamaican parents.
