12 Great Butt Exercises

While I can't even get off my butt to exercise. There are two carnival ladies that come to mind. No matter the carnival, their conversation and concentration is on butt lifts. To quote one of them recently, "Lift butt lift ... gotta get ready for the thigh highs on the road !!!!!" I was inspired to do this post, but still not moving my butt to exercise.
