I've been checking out Jessica Simpson's legs. She got legs! Jessica's trainer Teri Ann Krefting told People that, "We alternate exercises every third day. So we'll do squats and lunges one day for hamstrings, deadlifts or glute raises to tighten the butt the next day, and then plie squats, which are good for inner thighs." Here's a minute preview of that routine. "She also supplements that with an hour on the treadmill walking on an incline, which helps her calves."
