50 Shades of Grey ... Triple-X Erotic Trilogy Novels

Since discovering that I was pregnant with my son over eleven months ago, I've been longing to disappear into some sort of fantasy world.  I don't know about you! With barely enough excitement in my world during 2011, I feel like taking a go-slow before pressing the speed buttons for the kind of controlled chaos, I love my life to exist under.

... And I've been thinking if only I could get my hands on a good book. Well looky here, The Today Show featured this triple-X trilogy of erotic novels by author E L James which has women talking, supposedly quietly!

‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ is a risqué romance involving sex games and a bondage-loving billionaire. The book is part of a trilogy that also includes "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed." Some feel that the book encourages violence against women while others feel that reading this book is very good for a marriage!

...And though, a hard copy seems appealing, the Kindle version for my Mac for $6.99 each book, not only suits my pocket but allows me the ability to one finger click while living my reality, a (most likely) fussy baby in one hand and a bottle of milk, in the other!

Come on friends, lets start a book club!" Facebook Group
If you really would like to delve into and discuss this book, my St.Lucian friend who is a Professor at The University of The West Indies in Jamaica ... and has earned her Doctorate has a "Come on friends, lets start a book club!"

A perfect opportunity for us friends to share our views on books that we've read.
The objectives are:
Awareness - make each other aware of new and exciting books on the market
Review - a breakdown/critique of books that we've read (good and bad)
Sharing - Sharing with each other how the books we read have impacted our lives and views of the world.
Books may be of various genres - fiction, documentaries, biographies, religious, historical etc...but just keep it exciting people.

Don't let the Dr. fool you ... she's not uptight! LOL! Check out and join her other FB group, "Dos and Don'ts." Anyway I asked if she'd be willing to have you join her bookclub, and she informed me, "We will review '50 Shades of Grey' for March or April. We are doing a Black History inspired book now ... 'Their Eyes Were Watching God' by Zora Neale Hurston."

BTW. I was part of the book club, till I noticed unlike the other members, I was quite the straggler.  Anyway I plan on rejoining in March. LOL!  Funny though, I have read their current book club read, 'Their Eyes Were Watching God.'
