Pump It Up - The Ultimate Dance Workout

How I dearly miss the gang of 'ESPN's Fitness Pros' instructors: Tracy York, Nancy Popp, Tamilee Webb, Jeff Vandiver, Joel Greco, Donna Richardson and Pepper Von.

Circa 1996 and 1998, I had fun while getting in shape, twice a day in my bedroom in St.Lucia with ESPN's Fitness Pros, programs featuring high-energy, fat-burning aerobic workouts. Pshhh, I was in the best damn shape of my life. *Le sigh* Since ESPN cancelled the show, I never thought I'd find a replacement, not until now.

'Pump It Up - The Ultimate Dance Workout' mixes dance music with aerobic exercise. Shot on the same location as the video for Eric Prydz's 'Call On Me' the DVD features routines demonstrated and choreographed by Deanne Berry - the beautiful instructor in the music video. Accompanied by the girls from the video Deanne goes through a warm-up, 2 different levels of “dance workouts”, a “Bums & Tums” segment and a chill-out cool-down for an all-round workout to get you fit. Backed by an exclusive Ministry of Sound soundtrack of 17 of the biggest club hits.
