How You Can Help St.Lucia After Tomas

USE THE INTERNET
I am doing everything in my power to get the MEDIA to focus on the plight in my island of St.Lucia, after Hurricane Tomas.  Happily, I'm not the only one with the same heart and gusto.  BIG HAIL to those Facebook friends, not sitting idly by, particularly in this day and age, despite not being in our country.

We're tagging and reposting pictures and video to any one we think may listen: CNN, Fox News, Anderson Cooper, ABC, CBS, NBC, BBC and now Oprah! So I am grateful to CNN, for posting this 'Official: At least 5 dead on St. Lucia in wake of Tomas' earlier today. More so, THANK YOU CNN for responding to me too!

Call CNN 1-404-827-1500 or email video clips to http://www.cnn.com/feedback/

Here's another example that we can each make a difference. My friend Kristel emailed the Sun Sentinel and her letter got posted. Contact your local media and newspapers too!

Oprah mentioned the world famous Heritage Site,  The Pitons as a 'must see' on her popular 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' a few years ago and frequently visits our island. The Pitons are located in the town of Soufriere which has been washed away and buried due to Hurricane Tomas. Locals and tourists need food, water, clothes. Soufriere is only accessible by boat at this point. People are missing and dead!

TUNE IN TO ST.LUCIAN RADIO:
I am slightly annoyed by HTS 100 Helen radio personailites ... a lil too jovial and callous, no humility. Let's hope they are far more humble today!

I have also set up a SAINT LUCIA label which I will keep updating with pictures, video and information.
