St.Lucia Carnival
Just 4 Fun has started PRE-Registration for its 2008 revellers. A lot more to come but costumes range between EC$450 to $500 (Currency Conversions: USD170-190 / GBP120-135). Yes people, 2 days inclusive of your costume, drinks and lunch on both days on the road. Last year, it even included a Blue Devils t-shirt for j'ouvert!

New York / Labor Day Carnival
Expect a new band, KARMA. KARMA wants to CHANGE DE MOOD OF MAS back to when the reveler was first priority and they felt like they were. KARMA will cater to a more intimate and personal carnival experience where quality in product and not quantity in numbers is key.The designers of this band consist of a Lucian and Trini (St.Lucian &Trinidadian) team. Band Leader & Chief Designer - Claude Desir & Deputy Leader & Designer - Ronald "Razzy" Deterville. The djs playing at their various parties will consist of a Lucian, Trini and Bajan (St.Lucian, Trinidadian and Barbadian).
